FREE EVENT. 6-8pm - It’s about that time again, when we ask all local supporting businesses, organizations and community members to join in with us to provide a safe Halloween Trick or Treating event for our children… Entry fee is free and you may decorate your 10x10 station (booth) however you want (Family friendly)… This year the RCF Committee’s theme will be Disney Characters..
