Saturday, April 4, GALLERY ONE EIIIEVEN in the Leesville Main Street District will host a reception at 6:00 PM to open the exhibit of new oil paintings by Alexandria artist Tony Forrest. Tony has been a mainstay in the artist community of Central Louisiana for many years, as an artist, art teacher and businessman. He and his wife operate GALLERY HOUSE custom framing on Jackson Street in Alexandria where he has his studio.
The exhibit at GALLERY ONE EIIIEVEN will feature new large still life paintings and other works in traditional oil technique. The exhibit will run through May 30 and the work will be featured during ART of the EAT IV in the gallery on April 18.
